Default Thumbnail Plus WordPress plugin configuration

I searched for quite some time to find the best way to set a default thumbnail in WordPress.  Default Thumbnail Plus makes it possible for me to easily set a thumbnail per category on my WordPress site.  I no longer need to fight those pesky little thumbnails to make them clear enough for others to view.
